Tip 256 + Tip 324 are inaccurate/out of date #154

Hello! Two of your tips on Codespaces are quite out of date/inaccurate and I'm worried it could cause confusion for folks - I noticed these two tips based off current Twitter activity coming from a variety of Microsoft accounts.

Happy to chat on what the right path forward is here - at the very least, we should hide/add a note that the Visual Studio support in tip 324 has been paused/is not longer available. For Tip 256, we can update the information to accurately reflect the GitHub Codespaces offering that replaced VS Codespaces. Happy to help you out with that if needed :)

@2percentsilk Tips 265 and 324 have been retired. We will publish a new tip "How to work with your Azure apps in GitHub Codespaces" soon reflecting the GitHub Codespaces offering that replaced VS Codespaces. Thank you for letting us know.
