Update to support .NET Core 3.1? #83

What would you like to know? Hi, thanks for Tip196! Waiting for a neat and tidy unit test & integration test solution for Azure Functions. ...in the meantime, is there an update of Tip196 to support the new framework?

I'm not aware of the code not working on 3.1. Can you let me know where you find it breaking?
