[Bug]: Renumber the new objects to be outside of Cloud Manager code #1525

Describe the issue

New objects are within the 8000..8299 range, they should be out of the range.

Expected behavior

Move objects outside of 8000..8299 range

Steps to reproduce

Merge issue with NAV repo

Additional context

No response

I will provide a fix for a bug
