[Bug]: Fix performance of Payment Reconciliation Journal.

Describe the issue

When running on the Payment Reconciliation Journal "Apply Automatically" it runs on our environment for ever. One line takes approx. 50 seconds to process.

Please see the screenshot. If needed I can provide the Snapshot File for debugging but this contains sensitive data.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Payment Reconciliation Journal
2. Import Bank Transactions
3. Apply Automatically
