Add cyclers [ARBIN, NEWARE] #42

  1. Add a new feature for processing data measured by cyclers like ARBIN and NEWARE into BatteryData for BatteryML, with support for default configurations.
  2. Adjust data preprocessing to save results after processing each cell.
  3. Update and optimize related support files and code.
