Large subtraction in Confirmed Change, then zero #16

I am not certain of the scope of this, however on June 8th, there was a rather large amount of counties the database recorded as having negative cases. This did not track with our Department of Health in Pennsylvania. Since then, the ConfirmedChange has been zero, which again does not track. Is the dataset still being updated?
