Duplicate values for City of Buenos Aires #25

Hello, I noticed that there are 2 distinct values on each date for the City of Buenos Aires.. the first set of data is actually matching Buenos Aires Province numbers. The second set of data is correct for the City of Buenos Aires. Can you verify and remove the duplicates?
