I want to create the DTMF(Touch tone based Bot) for example press 1 for Life Insurance And Press 2 for Non-Life Insurance and after selecting an option the call should be routed to specific agent. The Power virtual agent is not released the functionality for DTMF so using Bot framework composer but when i am trying to add the bot as skill in my PVA then getting the We couldn't reach this skill error. I have imported all the required resource from azure and also referring the github documentation of bot framework composer.
