Package Manager error #9732

Package manager is throwing error while opening and trying to install Nuget packages. Please refer attached image

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Bot Composer'
  2. Click on Package manager. Last option in left menu
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error in attachment
