This PR has the new WeChat adapter for botbuilder. Also includes some necessary models for WeChat, UnitTest and TestBot. Current test coverage is about 82%.
There are three new project was added in this PR
Microsoft.Bot.Builder.Adapters.WeChat Adapter project.
Microsoft.Bot.Builder.Adapters.WeChat.Tests The unit tests.
Microsoft.Bot.Builder.Adapters.WeChat.TestBot The test bot contains most of the message types, can be a sample bot too.
