[MAS2.4.7] Dual focus indicators are visible on Audio/video clips present on the page. #1312

Actual Result: When focus lands on the audio/video clip then dual focus indicators are visible on the clips.

Expected Result: Dual focus indicator should not be visible on the audio and video clips.

Repro Steps:

  1. Open URL https://microsoft.github.io/BotFramework-WebChat/full-bundle/ in Edge browser.
  2. Notice 'Upload File' and 'Send' button icons present in bottom of screen.
  3. Type 'accessibility' in the input control at the bottom of the screen and hit enter (or click on send button).
  4. Page will upload, Navigate to Audio/Video clip by using Tab key.
  5. Observe that Dual focus indicators are visible on Audio/video clips.

User Impact: If dual focus indicator is visible on any control then the user who is visually impaired will not able to understand the landing of focus.
