Feature Request

Generate metrics to support tracking of webchat usage:

Runtime analytics: Provide method to track total number of messages, bots per period (for ~6 months)
Developer analytics: Provide method to track all clones, downloads of webchat codebase

Propose R11.

Runtime analytics

Total number of messages
- Can this be captured on the service side? And why not?
Bots per period
- Can this be captured on the service side? And why not?

Developer analytics

Ability to track across 4 different types of deployments in the service side logging
- IFRAME via webchat.botframework.com (a.k.a. Web Chat channel)
- Bundle (a.k.a. webchat*.js)
- NPM
- Git clone
  - Preferably, able to know when the clone start branch from the official fork

I believe we can't easily differentiate bundle and NPM now.
