Is the file ../standards.manifest.cdm.json missing? #369

All the *.CDM.JSON files in the SchemaDocuments/ comes without the version number, is the ../standards.manifest.cdm.json missing?

The last version seems to be schemaDocuments/standards.1.1.9.manifest.cdm.json

Or is it known issue?
