I've also been wondering the same thing.. But then.. I've noticed it says in the Readme.txt in "\CRMToolkit\Setup" "Note: this toolkit supports Onprem deployment only."

The question is, is there a work around this? or have you been able to adapt the tool to work with Dynamics 365 Online?

I had the chance to talk to a field engineer at microsoft, and he told me that, due to fair use policy, perf tests online are only possible in collaboration with MS Staff. So I guess you should reach out to them if you need to do load/perf tests online
