[Work Item] HealthChecker - New design for Get-SendConnector Get-ReceiveConnector #1982

Describe the work Currently, both the Send and the Receive Connectors are being collected within the ExchangeInformation vs only the Receive Connectors. The Send connectors should be moved to its own property and collected within the Organization Information.

This is going to require a large change to get this done. Therefore, making a work item to make sure it gets done.
