Health Checker - Add additional context for services that are not running #2107

Is your request related to a problem? Please describe. Some customers aren't fully aware of all the cmdlets to find out what the services names are in the GUI.

Describe The Request It is requested to have some additional context like "To determine the display name of the service, run Get-Service <name>"

Additional context

Information from the customer. 

 Critical Services Not Running:

                pla - Status: Stopped - StartType: Disabled

        Misconfigured Services:

                pla - Status: Stopped - StartType: Disabled - CorrectStartType: Manual

I have no idea what the PLA service is
