What is this for?

This is used to store & read the latest Test/Prod version of the RecoveryTextApp.

Is the content confidential?

No. It will store just the latest version. Comments in this issue can be read anonymously.

How is this used?

A new comment will be added by the RecoveryTextApp's build pipelines whenever a new version of the app is released to Test/Prod.
The RecoveryTextApp will check the latest comment regularly of this issue (number 1).
