Hello World Sample Failes to Compile on Linux/OSX #47

With the recent changes on the ChakraCore tree the Hello World Example No longer Compiles on Linux nor OSX. The commit that broke the examples is this commit: https://github.com/Microsoft/ChakraCore/commit/e8f1424f7c93f2dae9fe70c4dea6ba6d9ee89c43
