Updated ALZ Diagrams #63

Updating ALZ Diagrams and adding additional pages to Visio and PDF files for common diagrams that are asked for in ALZ that are across CAF docs in things like "Testing Approach" etc.

Fixes https://github.com/Azure/Enterprise-Scale/issues/989 where a typo is in the diagrams also for the visio download only.
