"Service.bat" file name updated to "elasticsearch-service.bat"

The name of the bat file is correct for TFS 2017 U2 where we use Elasticsearch 2.x. The name should be corrected for scripts corresponding to TFS 2018 U2 and above. I am closing this PR because these scripts will soon be removed in favour of newly written scripts.
