Any updates on working of this with Azure Open AI Service? If so, how can I use it? Any documentation?

If not, any ETA for the same?

I am trying to add this support with my fork https://github.com/sameermahajan/Codex-CLI which is currently blocked by https://github.com/microsoft/Codex-CLI/issues/138
