Udpate Sample for new text recognition #36

Update the sample because new text recognition api is released.

Notes:

  1. The sample depends on new version nuget package for client library. After the nuget package is ready, please update the package and project file.
  2. The sample image url for Text Recognition should be updated. When our sample images are uploaded to azure, please replace the old one.
