Added parameter with custom api endpoint #38

to all VisionServiceClient constructors. It was only on GUI (not used later in code) and some of constructors had trial endpoint and some default.

The ability to specify (and store) the endpoint has been in the product for a while. Apologies for letting this PR languish.
