Blob-csi-driver can't mount adlsgen2 storage accounts. #750

At some point when upgrading blob-csi-driver versions, we lost compatibility of our helm chart with adlsgen2 storage accounts. Now a "--use-adls" flag is required to be passed to blobfuse.
