Where am I able to find the latest docs?

I can see a new release of Microsoft.SqlServer.DACFx, 150.4573.2, went out a month ago on nuget, but the latest on docs.microsoft.com is 140.3881.1.

Additionally, is Microsoft.Data.Tools.Msbuild likely to be updated with a newer sqlpackage.exe?
