Merge20210427 #162

  1. Move non-Feature Modules that are in Modules.Core to Modules.Library. This will make it easier to find important Modules and create a more intuitive separation of Modules.
  2. Remove DmfKTest and DmfUTest projects from solution as they are confusing developers. (They reside in the DmfTest solution.)

(No functional change.)
