Updating DAC Support For SQL Server Objects and Versions #57

William Assaf requested us to update the https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/sql/sql-server-2012/ee210549(v=sql.110) document which is out of date. I remembered we created this task on ADO somewhere but couldn't find it.

Adding to your list if we can take care of this doc either by updating it with latest info, or get rid of that outdated doc and point the users to DacFx/SqlPackage docs. Thanks :)
