Create clustered deployment for the connector #101

The connector is currently deployed as single-instance Azure Container Instance. That needs to be migrated to a clustered deployment on AKS.

As a starting point we'll use a replica set of 2 connectors running on a separate AKS (don't re-use the Atlas AKS).
