prebuilt libraries + new release? #222

The latest release of Detours (4.0.1 - Apr 16, 2018) is now almost three years old, and it is a source-only release on GitHub. I would like to make my own prebuilt libraries since none if apparently provided, but should I use the 4.0.1 release tag, or build the latest unreleased git commit? Is a new release planned anytime soon?
