Needs an extension to enable Azure DevOps integrations

Scenario

Many enterprises (MSFT included) use Azure DevOps repos; the ability to add these accounts to the app would be useful to facilitate cloning AzDO repos (see microsoft/DevHomeAzureExtension#74 )
