Hello,

The link included in the README for mteval-v14c.pl is broken. I obtained the same results as Yu-An (Issue #48) by using moses-smt mteval-v14.pl . NIST is a lot lower than reported in the paper.

Are there differences I should take note of when working with mteval-v14.pl instead of mteval-v14c.pl?
