Problem Installing Docker #404

When I try installing Docker Dekstop it tells me that the existing installation is up to date, when it's not even installed.

@ik2626 , Any issues related to installation of Docker Desktop you should open with Docker at https://github.com/docker/for-win. In recent VS builds if not installed we provide a link to their download page.
