NullReferenceException via CDMUtil as Azure function when an entity is trying to process. #258

Configuration in D365 was done by selecting entities.

During processing of the event that triggers CDMUtil, we notice that for every entity we receive a NullReferenceException at CDMUtil.Manifest.ManifestReader+.

This is always triggered from Changefeed.manifest.cdm.json going to 'Process Entities'.
