Does this app work with Windows 11? #259

I recently upgraded my operating system from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

The CDM Util app was working as expected with Windows 10.

However when I try to execute the app with Windows 11, the CMD window opens for a fraction of a second then closes. As a result the CDM Util app never runs.
