The lookup for program level on Previous Education is incorrect - it is using lookup target of Program and should be to Program Level.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Previous Education
Click on Degree (Program Level)
Available values are from Program and not Program Level.
Expected behavior
The Degree (Program Level) lookup should include values from the Program Level entity.
