Test in Web Chat no response #34

Hi,

I follow exactly the guide but there is not response when Test in Web Chat. What will be the possible problem? By the way, I am not sure how to add the custom action, can anyone guide me?

I found same issue was raised before in here. Closing this question. But my test web chat still not working. Appreciate anyone give any clue to fix this.
