fix doc on ubuntu #210

A small fix on installation for ubuntu

Thanks, but we're concerned about back compat. We don't enforce any kind of version for conda, and they only started recommending using "conda" in lieu of "source" as of version 4.4 which is pretty recent. If we do recommend this version then we can change all the docs to use "conda activate" then.
