The ADFS login is not working for the 1st attempt, it works in second attempt. The ADFS login page which we are using have MFA enabled. It takes more than 2 minutes to login in to the CRM application. The OTP code is not generated at the first attempt and redirects the page after some time then the OTP is generated and successfully logged in to the environment.
