In the form when I click a button it opens a section, in the section Lookup is not working, where I am following the same as other lookups. #1265

In the form when I click a button it opens a section left side, in the section Lookup is not working, where I am following the same as other lookups. Only observation is when I click on Lookup list is aligned to right underneath and left side dropdown has come outside. Not sure that would be an issue. Please refer to the screenshot. I tried regular lookup and Option set and Business process flow also, no luck, could anyone please help.
