Hi there! Thanks for providing this tool. I was wondering if there was any examples of what is required for a custom CRISPR repository. I'm hoping that a different CRISPR repository (CRISPR-Cpf1 / CRISPR-CAS12a) can be applied utilizing the same method.
I saw that there is possibilities for this using the command
elevation-fit --crispr_repo_dir /home/melih/dev/CRISPR
Is there any example as to what files / data is required for this?
