[Manual] - Switchers are disabled on "Linked accounts" screen after an attempt to turn off all accounts #742

Preconditions:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open "Linked Accounts" screen
  2. Try to turn off all linked accounts
  3. Close a message that at least one account should be connected

Actual Result: All switchers are disabled on the screen Expected Result: All switchers are enabled on the screen

Verified on a build from commit number 87972900b3daeb656a8ae610bfa0da5a9235a9f9
