Hi, Given there is such a wide range of potential triggers it isn't possible to cater for that human variance in the firmware itself, there will also be variance in the LED displays themselves in terms of light wavelengths intensities etc. There is some more information posted here. In general we fall under the same category as any games, video, computer or public screen display, desktop, mobile, game player, and individuals knowing their own constraints when in their presence.
Are some firmware protection implemented to limit risk of Epileptic seizures ? Is there some guidelines to avoid them ? How fast can we flicker the animations (max frequency?) ? How do we get protected from long term harm of certain animations exploiting neurological effect like the McCollough effect ?
