Update README.md with autogen links

Added the links to discord, website and github repo for Autogen in ReadMe.md's first news. In corelation to issue #1231

Why are these changes needed?

Previously Autogen's Discord, Website and Github repo links had not been added to first news. This PR aims to solve that issue by adding necessary hyperlinks
