This commit adds the source for two new extensions:
codeql-autosetup: this is a build task to automatically pull the languages from the LanguageMetrics API in Azure DevOps and set the advancedsecurity.codeql.language variable.
codeql-autoinjection: This is a task injection extension via pipeline decorator that injects the autosetup task, and the rest of an interpreted language codeql setup to each default branch build.
