Default to Landscape Orientation #47

Since you can't define the default orientation for a Unity VR app in the Unity UI, overriding the Portrait default to landscape early on in GalaxyExplorer loading. This value is only respected on some platforms such as Mobile and gives us the desired effects there while maintaining current behavior on HoloLens and Desktop.
