New Mouse Support for Desktop and Cleanup #51

Changes mouse behavior outside the Editor to not simulate head position. Mouse on Desktop will now cause POIs to trigger and mouse click will launch a POI.
Added license information to new files
Removed references/code for WP8_1 from autogenerated files since we just support UWP
Fixed some build warnings from the autogenerated .cs files
