Hello!
Any chance uploading a PreTrained models for the different experiments ? Thanks a lot!

Hi, we plan to update our code to next version, with more friendly interface, more efficient pipeline, and supports of large graph and 3D molecular graph, in the meanwhile provide our pre-trained models. There would be some incompatible interfaces between two version. So please just stay tunning.

The pre-trained models are now available in the v2.0 release. Close this issue. Feel free to raise a new one or reopen this one for any further question.
