Removed ARM (32bit) configuration from StreamRecorder. #23

Fix for issue #20 StreamRecorder has an ARM (32bit) configuration that happens to be the default one. This causes the loading of the 64bit ResearchModeAPI.dll to fail. StreamRecorder now doesn't have ARM configuration like the other samples.
