It's actually this kit: https://www.seeedstudio.com/IoT-for-beginners-with-Seeed-and-Microsoft-Raspberry-Pi-Starter-Kit-p-5004.html, not the one you mention above. That's for Microsoft Farmbeats, a digital agriculture education kit.
