Hmm, the python packages for CCF 4 dev1 and dev2 don't seem to exist on PYPI, could this be an issue with the pipeline @jumaffre ? (https://pypi.org/project/ccf/#history)

https://github.com/microsoft/CCF/pull/4742 should fix it once the CCF pipeline is run again for that release (or manually added to pypi)
